Well-known Japanese video card company Elsa has showed off another one of its upcoming graphics card namely the GeForce GT 640 (model: GD640-2GERGT).
The card uses an aluminum fan-heatsink that stays within the confines of a single expansion card slot.
Specs-wise, the card is equipped with 384 CUDA Cores, a 128-bit memory interface, a core clock of 900MHz and a 2GB of DDR3 memory set @ 1782MHz, and features 1x DVI-I, 1x DVI-D and 1x mini HDMI outputs.
The ELSA GeForce GT 640 will start shipping from August 11th for around 12,800 Yen (about $165).
ELSA rolled out its GeForce GTX 770 SAC (silent air cooling) graphics card (model: GD770-2GERX). Normally, the GTX 770 runs the graphics processing unit at 1046 MHz and 1085 MHz when in GPU Boost mode. This is the first reason why we consider ELSA's card odd, because the board runs slower than that. That's right, where most other NVIDIA OEMs either leave the clocks alone or overclock them, ELSA made the board a bit weaker. More specifically, the GeForce GTX 770 SAC (silen ... »
