Sony DT55-300mm F4.5-5.6 SAM Telephoto Zoom Lens
Sony announced the new DT55-300mm F4.5-5.6 SAM (model SAL55300) telephoto zoom lens for Alpha A-mount cameras with APS-C sensor.
The lens has a 55mm-300mm ( 35mm equivalent 83-450mm) focal length, which is about 5.5x magnification range.
The SAL55300 features Smooth Autofocus Motor (SAM) for high-speed and smooth auto focus, and ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass element that reduces color aberrations for improved image quality at medium to long focal lengths.
